Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

01

What Happens In The First Session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You are welcome to share what brought you here, ask any questions, and go at your own pace. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story- we begin wherever you feel ready.

03

Do you work online or in person?

Both. I offer sessions online across Israel and in-person in Nahariya. You are welcome to choose the format that feels most comfortable.

05

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and plans change-I understand. I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.

02

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to help us see if we're a good fit. There’s no commitment-  just a conversation.

04

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Therapy is a confidential space, with rare exceptions (such as risk of harm). We will talk about confidentiality in our first session so you know exactly what to expect.

06

What happens if I miss a session or don’t show up?

Sessions that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. I do my best to offer understanding and flexibility when emergencies arise — just reach out if something comes up.
