My Background

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, I made Aliyah in 2021 with my family and am grateful to call Israel home. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work (Yeshiva University) in partnership with Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I am certified in trauma‑informed care and trained in EMDR.

I work with adults navigating many of life’s challenges including anxiety, grief, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, identity shifts, and life transitions and I welcome anyone who feels drawn to this kind of support, even if your experiences don’t fit neatly into a list.

Whenever you feel ready, I invite you to reach out.

Your journey. Your pace. Your voice.

My Approach

My approach is warm, holistic, and person‑centered, offering a grounded space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I don’t believe in one‑size‑fits‑all solutions; instead, I work collaboratively with each person to discover what feels right for them- in a space that is gentle, client‑led, and deeply respectful.    I believe healing unfolds best when you can move at your own pace and express yourself in your own voice. Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, depression, relationship challenges, identity questions, or life transitions, my role is to provide steady support and care as you explore what matters most to you.

If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out whenever you’re ready .
